Full Stack Engineer - NodeJS, React

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build modern software applications from the ground up and for a steep learning curve in an early stage software startup. We are looking for self-motivated engineers with a passion for solving hard and important problems. We look for individuals with deep knowledge of JavaScript in both front and back end and who are advocates for good user experience. We currently work with React and Node, but the ability to adapt to changing technology is an important strength. You believe in leaving things better than you found them, whether that be a piece of code, a Notion ticket, or the new team you’re joining. We have a no-ego philosophy, so we love to collaborate and learn from each other together to come up with the best solution.

Your Responsibilities

• Architecting, developing and shipping new features from the ground up
• Deliver a product that is technically first-class and loved by customers
• Keeping a maintainable, performant, and testable code base
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product and the founders
• Drive engineering best practices

Requirements?

• Strong knowledge of JS in front and back end, ideally React and Node
• Passion for intense work to solve a hard and important problem
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with all types of testing, from end to end to unit testing
