We’re now extending our efforts to help learners enter the exciting and fast-growing world of Technology Sales. We’re hiring a Learning Content Architect to develop a best-in-class Tech Sales bootcamp curriculum and support the launch of our new product line.
The Learning Architect is responsible for leading the vision and development of our boot camp curriculum, informing scope and proposing relevant topics and tools. This role will be responsible for a range of tasks, including writing requirements and design specifications, assisting with sales and marketing enablement, providing internal training, and supporting the in-class experience for beta tests and pilots.
This role is highly collaborative and will be responsible for helping to hire and oversee a team of subject matter experts. Additionally, this role will interface with technical writers, instructional designers, and project managers in order to create boot camp products that provide real world value by helping students land entry-level technology sales roles.
In addition to informing and supporting program requirements and targets, you will also be the arbiter of quality, working to ensure that the curriculum is highly instructive, engaging, and teachable by future practitioners, while achieving or surpassing expected learning outcomes for our students.
The ideal candidate for this role has direct experience in B2B/SaaS Sales, has managed sales teams, and has led the creation and delivery of technical sales training. Additionally, you should be capable of supporting agile projects and cross-functional teams, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You should strive for quality but also know when to ship and test a product, working iteratively to improve based on feedback.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $101,000, with potential bonus eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
