The Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics is passionate about using data as a decision-making tool. They are excited about enabling actionable insights for our internal customers to tackle complex business problems through data.
As the Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics, you will support Relativity’s data and analytics capabilities, by building relationships with stakeholders, anticipating opportunities, prioritizing the project portfolio, and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our internal customers. This role is the product owner and has technical responsibility for the design, implementation, maintenance, and use of analytics tools and services.
Responsibilities:
Build, execute, and maintain the product roadmap.
Lead demand generation through collaboration with internal customers based on existing, anticipated, and potential long-term business needs to enable insight generation.
Demonstrate thought leadership to define, create, extend, or retire services within the Data & Analytics offerings.
Design and lead efforts to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices to enable internal customers to achieve business outcomes, drive consistency, and ensure data governance, risk, and compliance.
Ensure high levels of service for the Data & Analytic services, including measures to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
Lead business reviews to showcase the business value delivered and lock in on alignment to objectives and key results
Inspire, manage, and mentor the development and support of team members of the Data & Analytics team, including goal setting, continuous training, continuous coaching, and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of experience with enterprise applications
Experience translating data into business needs
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Proven self-starter with demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Track record of building strong customer relationships
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Tableau is a plus
