This position can be worked virtually or at one of our Space Sector locations, to include: Redondo Beach, CA Chandler, AZ Roy, UT Huntsville, AL Baltimore, MD Dulles, VA. Roles and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Working closely with senior leadership on budget development, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. FPRP development, packaging, and validation. Working with Space rate segments to develop and communicate allocations. Budget maintenance, rate development, and compliance in accordance with Disclosure Statement procedures and PrOP. NCTA & IWO processing / reporting. Providing support for all audits by internal and external auditors (DCMA/DCAA, Internal Audit, and D&T). Supporting data collection and analysis from broad and diverse data sets. Summarizing findings to allow for effective review and action by Executive Leadership. Supporting IT cost management, reporting, and allocation. Understanding of financial planning, reporting, accounting requirements & processes. Working experience regarding data structures/setup for Enterprise Resource Planning systems and related applications (i.e., SAP, Oracle/Hyperion, COGNOS). Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining cost centers, hierarchies, and related costing sheets. Performing monthly and quarterly validations on the overheads, fringe, allocated cost, and reporting over/under absorption. Researching and processing journal entries in a timely manner. Basic Qualifications for Principal Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management (or a related field) from an accredited institution with 6+ years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 4+ years of related professional experience. Basic knowledge of financial modeling and business case development. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Intermediate experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Level 4: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management (or a related field) from an accredited institution with 10+ years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 8+ years of related professional experience. Basic knowledge of financial modeling and business case development. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Intermediate experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace/defense industry experience. Costpoint and/or SAP experience. Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
