• With more than 4 years experience I've been working as Virtual/Personal and Instagram assistant. I have done so many projects successfully. Instagram Marketing, Email Marketing, and Salesforce Administration are my thing. Speak and understand English fluently. Very professional and I won't apply for a job if I think I couldn't finish on time, or finish at all. I'm skilled in planning and organizing with the ability to verify my work on time. • No meter witch industry is, I'm working on administrative projects such as returning emails and similar tasks, providing various levels of customer service, typing documents, web research and data entry, and taking notes. Serve as a point of contact for other team members, manage blogs and Instagram accounts, and collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers. Advise on best business practices, build teams and recruit other virtual assistants, handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks.

• Worked with standard objects i.e. Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Products, Price books, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards, on designing of custom objects, custom fields, role-based page layouts, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats as per the client requirements. Good experience using Data Loader – Loaded standard and custom objects using record id and external id from data sources like a .csv file.

Analytics

• By capturing and analyzing appropriate data/metrics, insights, trends and best practices (Instagram Insights, Iconosquare, Google Analytics, Trends, Keyword and Webmaster Tools, SimilarWeb), I constantly improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
