Bojan Dimitric

I am open-minded and very inventive. I have working experience on multiple; long, medium and short term projects and I have also worked within small, medium and large teams, with various levels of responsibility. At one time I have been soley responsible for two platforms within the company. I also completed multiple projects on my own, from start to finish. 

My long-term goal is to further develop both my professional expertise and human capacity; ideally within forwarding thinking and inventive company such as yours. I also seek long term employement that would secure both me and my family.

During my whole careear, I have never said that something can’t be done, for want ever reason; neither to my colegues nor to my superiors. I have always understood that challenges are what makes both professional and private life interesting.

It is my firm beleave that best way to advance within company ranks, is to always have company interests in both mind and heart. Being engineer of Organizational Sciences, I have always aspired to achieve levels of business success on pair with great managers of the past like Andrew Carnegie, Andre Citroen, John Ford, Aristotle Onazis, Ferdinand Porsche, Soichiro Honda, Akio Morita, Steve Jobs, and others, who have long been the inspiration for me.

On the other hand, as an IT engeneer, I have come up to the conclusion that long term success of any company, and ultimately their survival; lies within their ability to invent on all organization levels, from the ground up, all the way to the board of directors and CEO. Apple and Steve jobs being the perfect examples. This, I am sure, will be further intensified in the future since the technological curve is an exponential function.

I have invented “Small Ergonomic Alveolate Keyboard” (2006): world’s first and only ergonomic keyboard for notebook and subnotebook computers for which I have been awarded silver medal on the world’s biggest and oldest international invention fair in Paris, “Concours Lepine” (2006); bronze medals on international invention fairs in Strasbourg, Geneva, Seoul and Belgrade (2006, 2007); gold medals on international youth invention fairs in Banja Luka and Novi Sad (2006, 2007). I have also been awarded by Pupin Foundation, Mladen Selak Foundation and Serbian Chamber of Commerce for exceptional achievements in scientific development (2007). I have invented a construction building system for rapid construction which is based on specially perforated bricks and building blocks.
