My name is Jessica and I'm Argentinian. I lived in Puerto Iguazu (Argentina, by the Brazilian border) for 6 years, which gave me the oportunity to work in Travel Agencies (Reservations and Traffic), and Hotels (Reception and Reservation). After that, I decided to broaden my horizon and I applied to work in Cruise Ship. I improved my English and gained experience in Customer Service. After 7 years at sea, covering different roles, I'm moving to Italy to study the language and gain job experience.
