Reporting to the Director of TA Programs, this role will focus on conducting the hiring processes associated with internal employees who are transferring internationally. This role can be fully remote in the United States.
Primary responsibilities:

Facilitate and support the end to end to end transfer and hire process for internal employees between international locations

Partner closely with the global mobility team, hiring managers, TA Managers, HR Managers, legal, facilities, and other key stakeholders to ensure a timely, coordinated, and transparent hiring process

Project manage the timeline to ensure that the transition period and other details are monitored properly.

Effectively utilize applicant tracking system and other shared tools and technology to document and manage the transfer
Qualifications:
-
5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, HR Project / Program Management or related fields

Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment in working in a team environment - views success not only by individual contributions, but by the success of the overall team

Customer focused communication to ensure an excellent internal hiring process.
