Job Description

This Senior Manager of Accounting will report into the Senior Director of Accounting.

The role will interact internally with international consultants, tax advisors, FP&A, Legal, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, team player who is process driven, highly detail oriented, and strives for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Participate in our global month-end close and consolidation process, including reviewing of journal entries, account reconciliations and preparing and reviewing financial reporting and flux analysis

Own intercompany and consolidation process of 3 foreign entities, including the managing of outsourced consultants

Plan and design business processes and objectives and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support scalability in the team organization, business systems and activities

Own accounting integrations and collaborate with technical accounting team for M&A

Own internal control environment overall financial transactions and processes, and regularly monitor and assess risks associated with our current and new processes

Support financial audits

Manage process for corporate tax returns and other statutory/compliance filings for the domestic and international entities

Optimize Intacct accounting functionality via automation, scheduled entries, canned analysis reports, etc.

SOX compliance activities.

Ad-hoc projects.

Required skills

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Audit

Big 4 audit firm experience

CPA (or equivalent) required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study

Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the SaaS industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intacct experience a plus

Strong Microsoft Excel skills
