TpT was founded in 2006 by Paul Edelman. After spending years as an educator in the New York City public schools system, Paul decided to solve a real problem he struggled with every day – finding and sharing educational content with colleagues. What began as a humble exchange for teachers looking to share lesson plans has since exploded into an education powerhouse. Right now we are focused on our recent launch of Easel by TpT; interactive, device-ready, digital tools to engage students. With Easel we are able to pair easy-to-use digital tools with the worlds largest catalog of educator-created content. In addition, we're aiming to grow our Schools Subscription product to several thousand schools while taking our search, recommendation and personalization efforts to the next level.
