Tuition Benefit

Through the 2U Tuition Benefit Program, 2U proudly supports eligible 2Utes (and their eligible family members) in continuing their education through our graduate degree programs and short courses by reimbursing the cost of tuition.

2U provides full tuition payment to encourage employees to continue their education by participating in programs with 2U university partners and short courses with GetSmarter university partners.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The 2U ESPP is a company-sponsored program that allows eligible 2Utes to purchase 2U stock at a 10% discounted purchase price.
